From the moment the day began, it was clear this wedding wasn’t just about two people getting married. It was about honoring heritage, community, and love in its fullest form. The ceremony itself was incredibly special and made even more meaningful by the fact that Nic’s sister, Kennedy, officiated the wedding. I love when family is so involved like that. It makes the whole thing even that much more special. And we cannot talk about this wedding without talking about the food, because wow. The Ethiopian food was soooo incredibly good, I’m still dreaming of it to this day.
