Intimate Sunset Cliffs Wedding, San Diego CA

An intimate wedding by the beach will always be a vibe. Nina and Luis got married at Sunset Cliffs in San Diego, CA, and it could not have been a more fitting place for them.

Sunset Cliffs is one of their favorite spots to walk their pups and spend time by the ocean, so it only made sense. Choosing to get married somewhere that already felt like home made the day feel especially meaningful and special.

This wedding was extra special for me to photograph because I have known Nina for more than ten years. When she first inquired, she told me she had always known she wanted me to be her wedding photographer. Being trusted with such an important day by someone I have known for so long was incredibly meaningful.

The wedding day itself was absolutely perfect. From the textured florals and beautiful cliffside ceremony setup, to the intimate dinner at Costa Brava, every detail and moment was intentional.

It was such a fun and sentimental touch, and honestly, so dang cute.

With the ocean, the cliffs, and a place full of memories behind them, Nina and Luis’s wedding day felt simple, so meaningful, and so so full of love.
